  I ate here despite the bad reviews because I was in the neighborhood and am a sucker for Pancheros bowls.   I have to say that this locations exceeded my (admittedly low) expectations.
  
  The staff was friendly and I was helped promptly.  All of the ingredients were fresh and the location seemed quite clean.  I have to wonder if the main difference was the time of day?  I ate here for lunch and it was great.  
  
  If there is one complaint it's that the location is challenging to park at if there is a lot going on.  Be careful pulling in and out of the parking lot as the sidewalk may have pedestrians and they are hard to see.  
  
  One nice perk of this location is the awesome patio.  I enjoyed sitting outside watch downtown life go by.  I would eat here again, it was a good experience.

  This place is in my neighborhood but I haven't been drawn to it because I have been to another one and was put off by the huge quantity of stuff that goes in their burritos.  Tonight I thought I should find out if they have smaller items on the menu.
  They squish little gobs of dough to make their tortillas which is impressive.  I went for two tacos. They were all right but the 'steak' was little cubes of processed beef. I just wanted cheese, lettuce and tomato. Their tomato us combined with hot sauce, a bit too much for a light weight like me. The food was fine ...fast, it is what it is. My problem with this place is how very dirty it is. It was a slow time with about three tables filled but no one had wiped tables or cleaned up and organized the straw and napkin area.
  When they gave me a tray for dine in,it was filthy.  Good or bad food, an eating place should not be this dirty.

  Pancheros....one of my favs for fresh fast food. This location is no exception. Fresh ingredients, fast service, reasonable prices.

  It was quick service with nice workers. My food was poorly mixed, I would bite and it would be just guacamole which made it not taste good. It was freezing inside and not very comfortable. would not come back the food being mixed incorrectly made the experience not enjoyable.

  Clean, fast and friendly. I had forgotten my wallet and had to run back to the car, the staff was really understanding.
